Teresa began her formal training in the healing arts at Heartwood Institute, where she studied the Japanese art of Shiatsu. She is backed by more than 17 years of practical experience, but continues to expand her knowledge. Her path has led her to Hawaii, China and most recently Santa Cruz, California. She believes in the art of approaching each person as an individual landscape, promoting balanced and healthy living through the practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
